Reporting directly to the Talent & Culture Executive Director, you will design and lead programs that strengthen our talent development, performance management and organizational transformation practices while positioning the organization for future growth. Team Summary: As a vital member of the athenaPeople organization, this team prepares athenahealth for the future through data-informed talent strategies. We collaborate closely with other HR centers of excellence and business partners to design and implement initiatives that drive meaningful organizational impact.
