Additionally, to meet the standards defined under the Commonwealth’s statutes and program certification requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to facilitate other instructors. The ability to engage students with special needs in one-on-one teaching of all the five subjects and supervise students with special needs and aides in a classroom setting; the ability to maintain accurate records. Knowledge and experience of policy and procedure governing adult special education. Must possess working knowledge of all facets of the basic adult and special education field, adult literacy and computer software appropriate for program needs.
