Introduction: Are you a good problem solver ? Do you have experience in private sector housing enforcement and regulation ? Do you have a flair for improving housing standards ? What’s the role?: To work as part of a team and on your own to improve the standard of the private sector housing stock in the borough. Proactively identify and issue licenses for residential accommodation. Improve poor living conditions and enforce statutory provisions as an Authorised Officer under the Council’s scheme of delegations.
