Reports to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). - Collaborates with the HRBP to deploy a fully integrated People strategy from acquisition to exit - Executes all aspects of the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System: sources candidates; screens and selects candidates for advancement in the hiring process; coordinates interviews; collects feedback; manages candidate experience and follow up - Organizes in-store hiring events and participates in extern...
