We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that supports R&D testing, spanning existing lab equipment and new large‑scale thermal and high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) test infrastructure. You will play a key role in strengthening lab reliability and ensuring test systems can support sophisticated engineering validation work. ** This is a salaried, direct-hire position. You will work on-site 5 days/week in Anoka, MN. Core hours are from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. ** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Own the maintenance, reliability, and long‑term readiness of R&D engineering test lab equipment, including thermal, pressure, mechanical, and electro‑mechanical systems. - Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment availability. - Lead calibration planning, execution, and documentation for lab equipment, ensuring traceability to NI...
