Service Supply Chain Network Transformation Lead Description -: Job Scope/Summary: This position is in the Service Supply Chain – Enterprise Operations, reporting to the Network Transformation Director. The Service Supply Chain is designed for low volume, high mix, and extended product/part lifecycles. The SC role in Service Delivery includes providing parts for repair, material circularity, centralized device repair, and refurbishment. The HP Service Supply Chain is in the middle of a multi-year transformation that is building the digital backbone and accelerating the digitalization with the vision of creating an Industry-leading, adaptive, and digitally enabled SC. The Transformation Lead role owns the definition of the roadmap for Network transformation. Job Specifics/Responsibilities: Transformation Leadership: Delivery of strategic roadmap for Network transformation, from the inception to the handover to the program/department responsible for the execution. The roadmap should target breakthrough innovations, business enhancements/optimizations or IT architecture changes for SSC.
