Job Summary: The Radiation Therapy Chief/Manager provides leadership and oversight for Linear Accelerators within the Department of Radiation Oncology at BWH Boston. This role is responsible for managing Staff, Senior and Lead Radiation Therapists while ensuring high-quality, safe and efficient patient care. Serving as both a technical and clinical expert, the Radiation Therapy Manager oversees treatment delivery, simulation processes, patient scheduling, and staff operations.
