Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our dynamic team in Maryborough. In this casual role, you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people with chronic illness, mental health issues, disability or other conditions— helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.
