Customer Service Supervisor Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620 Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Competitive Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year Make the Right Connection—Build Your Career with Dixon! This is a critical leadership role that bridges the gap between our customers and our internal manufacturing and distribution teams. You will be accountable for executing our plans, optimizing operating procedures, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of technical support and rapid delivery worldwide.
