Role Description As a Finance Business Partner, you work closely with the relevant business area to provide guidance, analysis and insight on financial matters, providing both recommendations and challenge. Through building relationships and influencing stakeholders, you will provide financial support to facilitate the achievement of the business goals. This is a hybrid role based in Guildford / Bournemouth. Salary Information: Circa £60,000: Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. About You: As a Finance Business Partner you will be accountable for: - Providing financial management expertise, analysis and insight to inform and contribute to decision-making within the business channel/segment/function. - Appraisal and support of new opportunities and projects to ensure that all relevant financial considerations are made and appropriate controls are in place. - Ownership of month-end expense process for relevant area including articulation of how costs allocate to specific P&Ls and explaining the impact of any changes - Leading the expense budgeting and planning process for relevant business areas....
