Oversee all HVAC, mechanical, and life safety systems including split systems, VRV/VRF, boilers, FACP, and sprinklers — ensuring compliance and performance. Manage pool and spa operations across all properties, maintaining chemical balance, equipment, and health code compliance. Lead and develop on-site maintenance teams — hiring, mentoring, evaluating, and holding staff accountable across multiple sites.
