About the role We are seeking a Financial Services Manager to support our Victorian (Gippsland) & Tasmanian region on a permanent, full-time basis. The Financial Services Manager is a leadership role responsible for driving growth and achieving budgeted earnings across the full suite of Financial Services products. To be successful, candidates must have experience in the agriculture industry or come from an agricultural background, with a strong understanding of rural environments and regional communities. Focused on expanding our market share across the Victorian Gippsland and Tasmania, you will be empowered to succeed by leveraging the support and expertise of the wider Elders network. Responsibilities: - Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Health and Safety Policy, procedures, and legislation. Take reasonable care for own health and safety, as well as that of others. - Be a leader in the State for matters associated with all Financial Services products. - Assess credit applications and develop high quality proposals for submissions for Elders Finance Livestock, Crop Input and Wool facilities. - Manage the credit quality of the o...
