About the role Mater Education have the opportunity for an Education Lead to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity based at Springfield. Are you a passionate and experienced education and training expert ready to lead and shape the future of vocational nursing and health education? We are seeking a dedicated Education Lead to take a key leadership role in delivering and coordinating high-quality teaching and learning for a variety of programs such as Diploma of Nursing program, and a variety of health certificate programs. As the Education Lead – Springfield, you will be responsible and accountable for managing and leading a dedicated team of vocational teachers assigned to all programs at the Springfield education hub. The Education Lead will manage and coordinate the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of education and training activities and resources.
