Care Assistant – Southampton Area | Higher Pay, Paid Training & Mileage | Zero-Hour Contract | Meaningful Career Earn £14.80–£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay) , enjoy paid training (£230 including shadowing) , and receive £0.35 per mile mileage allowance while building a genuinely meaningful career in care.
