Job description
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Internal Sales is responsible for managing and growing existing Sensient Essential Oils accounts assigned to him/her within the scope of the Strategy determined by the Company. The particularity of this sales role is that it is sedentary, and focused on existing clients. Apart from exceptions to be considered, such as attendance to an exhibition, the Internal Sales role is not required to travel and visit clients. Responsibilities: - Determining your Sales Tactics for your assigned clients, in coordination with your Sales Director - Developing a realistic Sales Budget, and ensuring a regular follow-up on sales targets - Maintaining and growing existing business for achieving sales objectives - Regularly contacting by phone and by videoconference your existing customer base and potential customers, putting a higher attention on your most potential accounts and hottest projects - Acting as a project manager for all customer facing activities, coordinating the assistance of the support departments that enable Sensient to provide a good customer service - Generating concrete and potential projects at your accounts, taking into accounts the Service g...
