Make sure shipments are booked and picked up according to what was requested WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Booking of shipments. - Calculate freight cost. - Insert transport cost on delivery note and invoice customer. - Follow up on pick up from forwarder. - Assuring correct documentation and data. - Stamp and archive documents. - Tracking of shipments on demand. - Close collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Manage communication and build relation to forwarders. - Key user in transport management system. - Support team colleagues. - Suggest continuous improvements and participate in new implementations w...
