Description THIS IS A UNION REPRESENTED POSITION: We are proud to be affiliated with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers AFL-CIO, District Lodge 190, which represents this position at our company. This means you become part of the union within 30 days of being hired and your wages and benefits are established through the CBA negotiation process. Your starting wage will be determined based on your relevant skills and experience, and you will be placed on a development plan that leads to a wage increase every six-months based on your success. You will become a Toyota Certified Service Technician after six months, and a Bronze certified technician after 18-months. You will have the opportunity to continue to progress to additional certification levels earning more pay at each step and should achieve journeyman status within a few years depending on where you start.
