Job Title: Process Engineer II Under limited supervision, the Process Engineer II is responsible for collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and other staff within a plant to understand and increase manufacturing capabilities, increase yields, improve process flow, increase productivity and maximize work force utilization. Several production lines, and multiple site locations, may be included in the scope. Engineer focuses on implementing sound engineering practices and uses methodologies (lean, six sigma, TPM, SPC) as applicable to drive process improvements. Education: Experience: - Oversee manufacturing processes to maintain and improve product and process quality. - Lead problem solving activities for complex issues that involve the process and associated equipment. Utilize Structured Problem Solving (SPS) and Process Control System (PCS) methodologies to resolve complex issues and reduce process variation. - Deploy expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies t...
