Position: Technical Training Specialist Job Grade: 660 Location: Pella Site Job Code: 30046 Department: Engineering – Operations FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports To: Technical Trades Talent Development Specialist Status: Full-time Prework Screen Level: 1: SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Technical Training Specialist provides technical training subject matter expertise, consultation, and support to Pella Corporation Technical Trades Team Members, Engineering, Operations, and other internal customers as necessary. This individual will be experienced in an industrial maintenance setting and have broad knowledge of related technical principles and applications. The Technical Training Specialist must be able to relate and tailor learning and development strategies to a wide variety of team members. This individual will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments and designing and delivering training programs that contributes to the development of organizational technical needs.
