Position Summary: Required to lay out information requested by the associated field personnel in a timely manner that meets the concrete pour schedule. Role Responsibilities: Utilizing total station equipment, the Layout Foreman will be required to receive point data information from the CAD department. Lay out plumbing sleeves & hangers, piping sleeves & hangers, duct sleeves & hangers. The Layout Foreman may be required to travel to our job sites to “collect” information and send to the CAD department for coordination and/or fabrication.
