Locations: Akron, OH: Additional Locations: Greater Akron, Ohio region Work Site: On Site: Req ID: 224442: Position Overview: The Davey Tree Expert Company, is pleased to offer a key opportunity in the field of Utility Line Clearance as a General Foreman/Foreperson, CDL holder and/or with climbing experience preferred, leading crews servicing the Great Akron, Ohio region. *Preferred General Foreman/Foreperson with an established, productive, and safe work group to join us. Job Duties: What You’ll Do: - Manage, direct and supervise crew leaders, field personnel and equipment as well as plan and execute assigned work by: - Organizing and assigning crews and equipment to efficiently perform the required work - Understand and follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules - Maintain accurate records of required work - Oversee the hiring and training of all Davey employees in territory - Investigate accidents and promptly report to appropriate management - Every day there’s something new to do!
