Job Description Supervises professional social work staff; performs psychosocial assessment of patients and families. Formulates and implements psychosocial treatment plans; identifies unmet psychosocial needs and develops programs to meet those needs. Participates in educational activities, professional organizations and hospital committees. Job Responsibility: - Promotes Social Work Services department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members. - Leads the activities of assigned Social Work Services team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives. Provides management and leadership to team members of Social Work Services by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
