Business Analyst – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) | SAP (Part-time, Freelance) Liège, Belgium: Start: May 2026 | Duration: Until December 2026 (extension possible) Part-time | Freelance: About the Role: We are looking for a Business Analyst (P2P) to support a strategic Efficiency Program focused on optimizing operational processes and preparing for future energy market challenges. You will play a key role in analyzing and improving the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and supporting implementation within a complex SAP environment. Your Responsibilities: Conduct AS-IS analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes Update or create process documentation where needed Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts Design and propose TO-BE processes and supporting tools Translate business needs into clear business requirements Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business readiness Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials Ensure alignment with other projects within the Efficiency Program Perform data analysis and reporting (SAP-based) to support decision-making Your Profile:...
