Organization: MMC-Memorial Medical Center Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and clinical support to an assigned nursing unit and physician staff, functioning as part of a customer-focused, service-oriented team aligned with the values of Sutter Health. The role operates in a highly confidential environment and plays a key part in supporting efficient unit operations and quality patient care delivery. Primary responsibilities include managing clerical functions such as chart management, data collection, forms and documentation management, order and results processing, and facilitating admissions, discharges, and transfers. The position also supports ongoing departmental communication and coordination across interdisciplinary teams. In addition to administrative duties, this role is trained and/or certified in basic cardiac monitoring and is responsible for continuous observation and accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms for patients within the department.
