Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or other advanced degree. - Experience developing and executing complex operational initiatives along with excellent problem-solving skills. - Experience in implementing initiatives in a change-oriented, fluid environment. - Experience in change management to transform an organization’s culture and operations. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create engaging narratives for different audiences.
