We’re looking for a committed and skilled Collection Officer to join our team and support our Finnish customers . If you're passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and helping people navigate financial challenges, you might be the one we’re looking for! About the role: As a Collection Officer, you will play an important role in negotiating and implementing solutions for our Finnish customers experiencing financial challenges. You will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with the debt collection process to ensure appropriate actions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You will join the Collection department, which consists of 14 employees across our six markets, all based at our office in Fornebu . Main responsibilities: Negotiate good and sustainable solutions for customers experiencing financial challenges Ensure that right measures are offered at the right time. Assist Debt Collection Agency with information about the claim, including specifications, history and other relevant details. Review disputes or objections with the Debt Collection agency.
