Job Description: The Accounting Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, quality and governance of Record‑to‑Report processes executed within the Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) Back Office for activities under scope. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of US GAAP accounting records for assigned processes and legal entities, in full compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Operating in a process‑driven SSC model, the Accounting Manager leads a team of Accounting Team Leads and oversees execution performed by Senior GL Accountants and GL Accountants, while partnering closely with Front Office, Statutory, Tax and Corporate teams.
