Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Employee Data Privacy & Regulatory Execution - Lead HR implementation of employee data privacy regulations, including CPRA/CCPA and related employee rights obligations. - Own HR data subject request (DSAR) processes, ensuring timely, defensible, and auditable execution. - Translate regulatory requirements into practical HR procedures, controls, and documentation.
