In this role, you will: - Gaining a deep understanding of the technical requirements and nuances of each job opening. - Developing a clear grasp of the tech stacks, tools, and environments relevant to each position. - Managing applicant pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer stages. - Conducting structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit. - Documenting interview outcomes, recruiter notes, and feedback in a clear and organized manner. - Using industry-leading tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates. - Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. - Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
