Position Purpose: The VP, Head of Sales, reporting to the Head of CBHL, has day-to-day responsibility for the sales direction of the Capital Bank Home Loans (CBHL) division. This individual will work to increase the division’s footprint in the marketplace by partnering with other senior leaders to devise strategic sales strategies and executing them accordingly.
