Information Technology Project Analyst, Junior The Opportunity: Do you emb race a dynamic work environment and want to work where Information Technology ( IT ) underpins the mission? We are looking for an IT Project Analyst who can analyze and resp ond to user inquiries and assist with improving project efficiency and effectiveness. You will perform a variety of professional technology support tasks to cover in a functional Navy mailbox for account access requests, application support, troubleshooting account issues, referring users to command representative, escalating priority issues, and consolidating daily requests. You will work directly with clients to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You will empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You will e nga ge with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, and analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones.
