Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Manager of Provider Enrollment & Credentialing leads the assigned provider payer enrollment and credentialing program for Trinity Health Medical Group. This role ensures an efficient, compliant credentialing and onboarding process while delivering excellent experience for Physicians and APPs. The manager provides leadership to teams, partners with Revenue Site Operations and ministry leadership, and supports revenue integrity by preventing enrollment-related delays and denials. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee provider enrollment and credentialing operations. - Manage and develop Credentialing Coordinators, Supervisor, and Provider Recruitment Coordinator. - Serve as subject matter expert for provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and delegated credentialing. - Design and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency. - Establish and manage delegated credentialing processes in compliance with NCQA, CMS, and regulatory standards. - Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable reports to leadership. - Partner with Finance, Operations, Practice Le...
