PACE is an innovative healthcare model that provides comprehensive medical and social services to older adults who qualify for nursing home level care but prefer to remain living safely in their communities. We are seeking a Nevada based healthcare advisor to help introduce the PACE model locally and support early market development ahead of program launch. This individual will serve as a trusted local connector working with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, and aging services leaders to build awareness and partnerships that support the development of a future Nevada PACE program.
