SUMMARY: This position will require effective management and supervision of the food manufacturing assembly line production process. To include efficient measurement of run rates, labor costs and safe operation while adhering to quality standards. Direct responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with a strong focus on continuous process improvement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Develop and implement schedules, monitor processes, and adjust to optimize efficiency and productivity. - Working knowledge of packing equipment, tray sealers, pumps/fillers and depositors parameters and settings - Organize and plan the meal decanting process to be timed with meal assembly - Set goals and targeted objectives to work on and achieve each week - Encourage growth and development in All team members.
