That’s Nice, But What’s the Job? We are seeking a Process Specialist to assist in process optimization efforts within GoFi's auto loan origination team. This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, creating and refining controls, and developing best-in-class processes that deliver repeatable and predictable results. The candidate will apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to improve processes, work closely with other Lines of Business (LOBs) within the DriveTime family of companies, and ensure that processes are scalable and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
