Acting as the first point of coordination when incidents arise, you’ll ensure issues are triaged, prioritised and resolved quickly and efficiently across multiple technology stacks and delivery teams. Day-to-day, you’ll build strong working relationships across service, development, testing and project teams, helping prevent recurring issues through trend analysis and root‑cause investigation.
