Drive impact through performance, reward and people strategy We are seeking an experienced Performance & Reward Manager to lead and shape our total rewards and performance management practices across Australia and New Zealand (KANZ). This is a key role within our People & Communications (P&C) function, partnering closely with business leaders, Finance and global teams to drive engagement, performance and business outcomes. You will play a critical role in delivering a competitive, fair and forward-looking reward framework while fostering a high-performance culture.
