With your polite and professional appearance, you are responsible for technical key account management. That means, you support and consult high-profile trading and clearing clients in reflecting the individual business use case into applicable trading architecture. Additionally, you improve internal processes by applying your profound knowledge gained through customer interactions. Furthermore, you will drive forward own developed ideas and initiatives to design and launch new solutions for our team and customers by collaborating with other departments and driving innovation of new business objects. While doing so you will always have a holistic understanding of the teams, the processes and the services. In this position you will use the solutions and architectures provided by Deutsche Boerse AG daily.
