Your Mission: Master of Search & Performance As our Senior Performance Lead , you will be the hands-on architect of our growth. You will manage our heavy-weight budgets, lead our Hybrid performance team, and leverage AI to scale our SEO and content production. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and growth hacking through data. What You’ll Own: Paid & SEA Mastery: Direct and optimize multi-million euro budgets (Search, Shopping, PMax), obsessing over Contribution Margin and scale. Creative Assets & Ad-Ops: Oversee the production and optimization of creative assets.
