Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our delivery team at Darwin, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role, that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is part of the Darwin Services group, focused on delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions to global clients. You will collaborate closely with experienced consultants and project teams to analyze client needs, design tailored solutions and support seamless project delivery using the Darwin Delivery Methodology. We will count on you to: - Support project workshops with experienced consultants to understand the client’s business and benefit structures, conducting sessions remotely or onsite. - Be responsible for scoping, designing, and documenting requirements in accordance with the Darwin Delivery Method (DDM). - Collaborate with Project Managers in updating plans, risk and issues logs in line with DDM. - Learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with timelines. - Capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project and help to improve processes...
