Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Join Emplify by Gundersen as a Patient Liaison in our Family Medicine Waukon Clinic! Are you passionate about making meaningful connections and creating positive experiences for patients? This is your chance to blend customer service with purpose—supporting patients at every step of their healthcare journey. What's Available: . 9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly) Shift: Monday-Friday, Rotating hours between 6:45AM-5:00PM, Rotates 4 days one week and 5 days the next Department: Family Medicine: Location: Waukon, IA (Could be asked to fill in for Lansing or Calmar as needed) What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service. Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.
