Job Summary The Assistant / Training Manager will be responsible for all member training, evaluation, and retention services provided at their Anytime Fitness location, which includes conducting fitness consultations, determining the right combination of personnel and tools for each member, and managing the retention score to ensure meaningful touch points for the lifetime of each member.
