Your primary objective is to build and maintain a seamless, automated employee lifecycle experience starting at the HRIS systems, ensuring every Trustie has a friction-free journey from their first day to their last. You will serve as the technical lead for our Sage People platform, partnering deeply with People Operations and global business functions to bridge the gap between HR data and IT systems.
