The Recruiting Representative serves as the first point of contact for new hires within the Talent Acquisition office, with a primary focus on fingerprinting and background check processing. This role ensures all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and efficiently while providing a professional and welcoming experience for candidates. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (in-office position) Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the front desk representative for the Talent Acquisition office, greeting and assisting new hires - Perform fingerprinting for all incoming employees and accurately submit data into the Mississippi background check system - Ensure all fingerprinting records and submissions are completed in compliance with state and company regulations - Direct new hires to Security and other departments as part of the onboarding process - Collect and review background documentation and pre-employment paperwork - Assist candidates with questions regarding pre-boarding and onboarding requirements - Audit new hire files in Oracle to ensure completeness and accuracy - Maintenance of HR Information - Audits new hire documentation and personnel files for da...
