Job description

Senior Sales Rep Purpose: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Sales Representative is in charge of executing the Company strategies in the Point of Sales. He/she will drive the negotiation with selected customers and POS activation change in line with new Bayer way of selling standards, to ultimately deliver the sales targets (sell in, sell out and Market share), acting always upon DSO principles. Major tasks and responsibilities of position Value added to the success of the company - what are the main objectives of the function? - Execute impactful activities in store that successfully meet customers’ needs and deliver the Sales targets.
