About the role: We're looking for a strategic operations manager to help build and scale Claude Marketplace. Marketplace connects Claude-powered enterprise tools through technology partnerships and deeper customer relationships. You'll be the operational backbone of the Marketplace team, working across business development, sales, product, and engineering to keep the marketplace running smoothly. You’ll use your on-the-ground operational experience to work closely with product and engineering help inform how we build marketplace for growth and long-term scale. This role blends program operations, program management, and product management.
