About the position: As Quality Assurance Specialist of the Limerick, PA team, you will be involved in handling day to day interactions with customers concerning quality defects, returns, as well as tracking internal scrap and supplier performance. - Monitor daily emails from Customer Service and for new RGAs requested and entered in MAIN - Updating the Customer Complaints Tracker file with all RGA preliminary information - Monitor and handle Customer Returns (RGAs) - Provide Technical Support to Customer Service team as needed - Providing communication to customers concerning critical issues - Collaborating with Engin...
