Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning the capacity of the hub to ensure that all tasks and activities can be effectively distributed and managed. - Partner closely with other Hub Planners and Hub Leads across all 4 Sourcing & Contracting hubs globally to ensure effective operations. - Collaborate with peers from other S&C Hubs to ensure knowledge sharing and independent day-to-day operations. - Develop and maintain relevant process knowledge articles, category cards, and training materials. - Identify opportunities and define requirements for system enhancements, partnering with process excellence, Ariba, and IT organizations to test and deliver them, ensuring successful deployment through change management and communication processes. - Resolve issues and handle escalations within the current proc...
