Pay and Compliance Advisor Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: About the Role: We are seeking motivated and detail‑focused Pay & Policy Compliance Advisor to join our Reward & Compliance team. This is a key advisory role supporting the Council in ensuring that pay, reward and remuneration practices are fully compliant with legal, regulatory and policy requirements. You will provide expert advice and operational support across pay and policy compliance, working collaboratively with HR, Payroll, OD and Transformation colleagues, as well as wider internal stakeholders. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong analytical skills to contribute to robust governance and compliance controls across the organisation.
