Role Summary We’re looking for a practical, implementation-focused AI Solution Architect to join us during a pivotal growth phase and play a key role in shaping our AI practice alongside the Chief AI Officer. This is a leadership role with strong delivery and innovation accountability, focused on scaling AI capabilities in a way that’s practical, agile, and closely aligned with real business impact. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Chief AI Officer to drive the AI vision and roadmap across projects and prototypes. Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions with strong software engineering foundations. Mentor and guide AI/ML teams, fostering technical excellence and hands-on problem-solving. Co-own technical strategy, ensuring rapid prototyping aligns with commercial opportunities and client needs. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to bring technical credibility to client conversations, shaping solutions with speed and clarity.
